I meet with each athlete to establish a personalized nutrition plan, safety protocols, and weight cut guidelines from the start of your training camp all the way through until you step on the scale at weigh ins. Your weekly progress will be closely monitored, and you will be given personalized, step by step instructions for each stage of the weight cut process.
